Our food is contemporary, international, sophisticated, fresh and light; our presentation is exquisite; and our staff impeccable. While we are a full service caterer, we do not insist upon providing liquor, soft drinks or rentals. We have worked under a variety of conditions, including a memorable LES event on a fire escape. Notwithstanding, we are as comfortable in a boardroom as we are in a private home, an institution or retail store, ranging from ten guests (admittedly expensive) to thousands. Out-of-town event planners and producers rely on us to organize NYC events with imagination, flexibility and integrity; in-town planners and producers are booking the season’s events now.
