personal chef process

process:
an initial consultation, without charge, to determine your specific needs - any allergies;  likes and dislikes; any strict dietary provisions;  how many meals for how many people.

a probational week or two:  we submit menus for approval and generally suggest two weeks to allow for a bit of experimenting and getting comfortable.

food: usually organic, local as possible, but always fresh and from scratch.  

costs: 
fees are based on hours worked, and will depend on the number of meals and number of people;  food costs and any transportation costs are extra and all receipts are provided.

gift certificates, special events or out of town:  call or email for estimates.
